The Original Irish Cream Liqueur | 50 ml
Ginger Ale | 12 cans 12 oz
100% Lemon Juice | 15 oz
Mint Infused Simple Syrup | 375 ml

1.5 cups Pimm's
1.5 cups ginger ale OR lemon-lime soda
Cucumber, cut into wedges
Orange, cut crosswise into slices
Lemon, cut crosswise into slice
Large bunch of mint

Combine Pimm’s, orange slices, lemon slices, and mint in a large pitcher. Chill for about 10 minutes and then stir in ginger ale or lemon-lime soda. Fill pint glasses halfway with ice and add two long cucumber wedges to each glass. Add additional mint leaves to each glass, then fill with mixture from the pitcher. Garnish with extra fruit.
