Grilling with Tito’s Handmade Vodka
Long before you light the grill, you’ll need to decide what to serve. Sure, everyone loves a classic burger and hot dog event… but doesn’t it feel just a little bit basic to you?
Say ‘bye bye’ to basic and start your summer off right with a Spicy Vodka Marinade and smoky Vodka Barbecue Sauce you can make right on the grill.
Spicy Vodka Marinade
Shout out to The Sommelier Chef for this amazing Spicy Vodka Marinade. We suggest whipping up a batch with Tito’s Handmade Vodka and marinating pork medallions to make an amazing appetizer. Wrap your marinated medallions in bacon, securing with a sewer. Grill low and slow to let the marinade caramelize and crisp without burning. Remove and serve. Best of all, this one can be enjoyed by guests of all ages, as the alcohol in the marinade evaporates during the cooking process.

Vodka-Rosemary Barbecue Sauce
Elevate your backyard barbecue experience with some authentic barbecue. We suggest topping your ribs, brisket, or chicken with Vodka-Rosemary Barbecue Sauce. A beautiful balance of savory with just a little sweet, Vodka-Rosemary Barbecue Sauce might just be our new go-to.
In our experience, Tito’s Handmade Vodka accentuates the sugar and spice of this sauce in all the right ways, making these two a match made in heaven… Or your kitchen.
The best thing about this recipe? It’s made with ingredients you probably have at home, and anything you don’t have you can get delivered to your door in minutes. So… What are you waiting for? Eating Dessert With Tito’s Handmade Vodka
There’s no better dessert to kick off the start of summer than ice cream… especially when it’s been infused with Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
If you’ve ever made homemade ice cream, you should be familiar with the idea of adding vodka to your ice cream. Adding a tablespoon of unflavored vodka to your homemade ice cream will keep it smooth and creamy by helping to prevent crystallization (because vodka doesn’t freeze solid like the rest of the ingredients).
Even if you don’t have time to making your own ice cream from scratch, you can still enjoy alcohol-infused ice cream from the comfort of your home. Just grab a pint of your favorite high-quality ice cream or sorbet and let it soften on the counter for 20-30 minutes. Empty the container into a food processor or blender, add three ounces of Tito’s Handmade Vodka, and blend. Pour your vodka milkshake into a freeze-safe container with a lid. For best results, freeze for a minimum of 6-8 hours before serving. Best served after the kids are in bed for the night.
Kill that Grill Smell with Tito’s Handmade Vodka
There’s nothing more appetizing than the smell of the grill at the beginning of your barbecue, but it’s one guest that tends to overstay its welcome. Every Grillmaster knows that an unfortunate part of the game is spending the entire evening smelling like smoke. We’re here to change the game with Tito’s Handmade Vodka. Keep a small spray bottle of Tito’s Handmade Vodka mixed with your favorite essential oil on your kitchen sink. After you’ve closed the lid on the grill for the night gently spritz your attire with the mixture and soon you’ll be smoke free and smelling fresh, without missing any of the action.
